MICO supports and recognizes the value of continuous learning. Upon manager approval, MICO will reimburse employees for books and tuition up to 100% with proof of course completion and a passing grade of a “C” or higher. This benefit normally requires a reimbursement agreement should the employee voluntarily terminate their employment within 2-3 years of receiving the Educational Assistance. Effective on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of employment.
