Voluntary employee retirement program which provides the employees with the opportunity to invest in their future retirement by using “pretax dollars”. All new employees are enrolled automatically at a 2% employee contribution UNLESS THE EMPLOYEE CHOOSES NOT TO PARTICIPATE. Effective on the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of employment.
